Progressive Global provides ISO certification consultancy services. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Documents Submission & Application
- Client submits required business documents and completes the application.

2. Draft Preparation & Client Confirmation
- We prepare a draft certificate for your review and confirmation.
- You must confirm the draft before final issuance.

3. Payment Terms
- 100% payment is required at the time of draft confirmation.
- Payment must be completed before final certificate issuance.
4. Changes to Certificate
- Draft can be modified before final issuance at no extra charge.
- Once the final certificate is issued, changes cannot be made.
- Changes requested after final issuance will attract extra charges (if executable).
